Section 1. The Board of Delegates shall consist of the Executive Officers and Delegates.

Section 2. The Board of Delegates shall be the policy making body of the Association. The Board of Delegates shall have all of the power and authority of the membership in the interval between membership meetings. The Board of Delegates shall meet at least 3 times per year. Other meetings may be called by the President upon petition of a majority of the Board of Delegates.

Section 3. The President shall designate 2 members of the Association to be Trustees of the Welfare Fund. Trustees shall be appointed, reappointed or removed subject to approval by a majority of the Board of Delegates and subject to the Trust Agreement.
