Article 16 – Amendments to the Constitution
This Constitution and By-Laws may be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Delegates provide notice has been placed upon bulletin boards and/or the membership has been otherwise notified of the proposed changes (s) at least 15 days prior to any vote on such amendment.
