Article 4 – Dues and Assessments 

Section 1. The dues of the Association shall be as followed

Under $30,000                              -   $4.00

$30,000 but less than $40,000    -    5.40

$40,000 but less than $50,000    -    6.75

$50,000 but less than $60,000    -    8.10

$60,000 but less than $70,000    -    9.40

$70,000 but less than $80,000    -    10.75

$80,000 but less than $90,000    -    12.10

$90,000 but less than $100,000  -    14.80

 

Section 2. The association may, at any time, assess its members for such purposes as may not otherwise be provided for, upon proper notice and approval by a majority vote of the Board of Delegates and Executive Board.

Section 3. Any increase in the amount of dues of the Association shall be voted upon at a regular or special meeting provided the delegates knew advance notice of such meeting 10 days in advance of such meeting. Due notice of such meeting shall also be mailed to the Courts for posting on official bulletin boards. Any increase in the dues must be approved by a majority of members in good standing voting at such meeting.
