As you may know, the filing period for the promotional Court Clerk (55-810) and Senior Court Clerk (55-811) examinations will close on March 14, 2019. The examinations will be administered statewide on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Employees who are on approved leave are also eligible to apply and take the examination.
Employees should be aware that an application is considered filed only upon receipt of an "Application ID Number" which the employee will receive immediately after clicking "Submit" at the end of electronic application process. If the employee does not immediately receive an Application ID Number after clicking "Submit," the application was not filed and the employee should start the registration process from the beginning.
Employees who applied for the examination and received an Application ID number will receive their Admission Notice via e-mail on or about April 24, 2019.
